We accept checks and money orders. All offers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change prices without notice, although you will not be required to pay a different price to that prevailing at the time of your order. No contract with you exists until we have accepted your order and you do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. We will take payment for the goods on receipt of your order, unless the goods cannot be dispatched to you within 5 business days of receipt of your order, in which case, prior to taking payment for the goods, we will contact you to confirm that the estimated date of dispatch of the goods is acceptable to you.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, whether as a result of goods being unavailable or when we reasonably believe payment for the goods cannot be made. We will contact you if there is any problem with your order.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Green Aura and you, the customer, in respect of the use of our services and website. Limitation of liability

Green Aura will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages arising out of access to or the use/inability to use, this website or any information contained in it or arising out of the services we provide. Accuracy of information

Returns Policy

We will not replace or refund used, worn items. To return goods please email and include your name and order number. Please return the goods as soon as possible, at your own expense**, unused and preferably with the original packaging. **We will refund the return postage if the item sent was faulty or not what was ordered (i.e. substitute goods). If you cancel and we have already sent the order you will have to pay the return postage. You can cancel your order for up to seven days from receipt of goods.   

We reserve the right to amend errors or alter any mistakes at any time, without notice.
